Health - the greatest value of human life. The state of health depends on everything that makes our life full and happy: the quality of life, its duration, physical activity, etc. There is a well-founded scientific opinion that the rational nutrition human life span can be up to 120 - 150 years.
Food provides the body with the energy needed to move and work, is a source of "plastic" materials, proteins, fats and carbohydrates as well as vitamins and mineral salts, which occurs due to the update of cells and tissues.
The production of hormones, enzymes and other regulators of metabolic processes in the body also occur due to food products. The nature of the power and usefulness depends on the body's metabolism, the functioning of organs and systems, tissues and cells. With proper nutrition is provided by the constancy of the internal environment of the human body, that is the key to health, physical activity and longevity. It provides full functionality of the immune system, increases body resistance, its ability to resist diseases. Food must be complete in order to maintain the flow of energy, plastic and catalytic processes. Eating a healthy person should correspond to its physiological needs according to gender, region of residence, nature of work and other factors. Food should be diverse. The diet should include all the food groups needed to replenish energy costs and the functioning of all organs and body systems. 
   Malnutrition leads to disruption of metabolic processes in the body, weakened immunity, the emergence of chronic diseases, premature aging. Excess food is a common cause of diseases of the circulatory system, obesity, atherosclerosis, diabetes, gout, poliosteohondroza.
Malnutrition due to insufficient protein food causes severe disease in children: growth retardation, mental retardation, bone formation, the occurrence of changes in the pancreas and liver.For better absorption of food should be subject to certain cooked at which it should be preserved nutritional value. An important role in proper nutrition plays a culture of food consumption, its quantity, quality, aesthetics of cooking that improves appetite and digestion. Also the quantity and quality of food is essential diet - mealtime, the intervals between doses of its distribution throughout the day. The modern pace of life due to the shortage of free time to enjoy forces for semi-homemade dishes. It is easier and faster than engage with the initial stages of preparation.
